1. Background & Rationale

 

 

Leadership in the 21st century demands resilience, adaptability, and the ability to rise stronger from challenges. The Phoenix Leadership Model, developed by the Global Center of Excellence, LLC, embodies this philosophy by equipping leaders with the mindset and tools to transform adversity into strength.

 

 

To professionalize and standardize the learning journey, we propose launching the Certified Phoenix Leadership Practitioner (CPLP) program — a structured certification designed to build, test, and recognize the application of Phoenix Leadership principles in real-world contexts.

 

2. Program Overview

Duration: 3 months

 

Delivery Mode: Hybrid (combination of online interactive sessions, self-paced learning, and in-person workshops)

 

Credential Awarded: Certified Phoenix Leadership Practitioner (CPLP)

 

 

 

The CPLP program blends conceptual learning, skills application, and experiential practice. Participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also apply the Phoenix Leadership Model in real-world leadership projects, ensuring a balance of knowledge and practice.

Leadership Project

Certification Exam

Format: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

 

Passing Criteria: 80% correct answers required to pass.

 

Coverage: Knowledge of Phoenix Leadership principles, frameworks, and applied scenarios.

 

4. Certification Criteria

 

 

To earn the CPLP credential, participants must:

 

Attend at least 80% of sessions (online + in-person).

 

Successfully pass the certification exam (minimum 80% score).

 

Complete and present their Leadership Project demonstrating application of the Phoenix Leadership Model.
