To professionalize and standardize the learning journey, we propose launching the Certified Phoenix Leadership Practitioner (CPLP) program — a structured certification designed to build, test, and recognize the application of Phoenix Leadership principles in real-world contexts.

Certification Exam
Format: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Passing Criteria: 80% correct answers required to pass.
Coverage: Knowledge of Phoenix Leadership principles, frameworks, and applied scenarios.
4. Certification Criteria
To earn the CPLP credential, participants must:
Attend at least 80% of sessions (online + in-person).
Successfully pass the certification exam (minimum 80% score).
Complete and present their Leadership Project demonstrating application of the Phoenix Leadership Model.
